May we get a class action lawsuit going for Sprint?

Just return it and get something else or leave Sprint, this is not new that their network is not that great, and with the iPhone hungry for data, it may not work for you, but others are ok with it.

There is definitely nothing to sue over here. You can return the phone if you're unhappy with it for 30 days and get out of your contract.

Like everyone else said, return the phone and switch to another carrier. At this point you're not locked into Sprint.

Agreed, it makes no sense to keep a phone that you are unhappy with.
