I can still only imagine it being a minor one but i noticed something at a large pc retailer in the uk today.

The only model of uMBP they sell has gone onto clearance which to me means they are either clearing as they will no longer sell it or because they are making room for the new one. I've seen them do a similar thing before but after an update has been made.

What you guys think??

This unibody model, is it the 2.53 GHz MBP? If so, that was discontinued a while back and perhaps they are clearing these out?

well, you can't have the UMBS being slower than the white book so they will upgrade that. and then you can't have the UMBs being faster than the MBP, so they'll have to update the low end UMBP as well

So there you go.
