MB - Can you hack it to allocate more than 64MB for Video?

Just a curious question. As far as I understand the GPU has no onboard memory but rather uses up to 64MB of System Memory to cover that. Is there a hack or a way to adjust that number so it utilizes 128MB, 256MB? Sure, that uses up System Memory, but if you max out to 2GB it's not so big a deal.
