    Hey guys..And girls.

I've been studyind and well, pretty much learning basically everything there it so know about both the Macbook and the Macbook Pro, because i've been comparing the two to try and help decide which one to get, the only thing keeping me from the Macbook being the GPU. Anyways, I was just wondering.. If I had either the Macbook or the Macbook Pro, is it possible to connect it to a big-screen tv? I have a 68" Widescreen High Definition tv and I'm wondering if it's possible to hook it up to display from a MB or MBP, particularily for gaming and just for fun things.. The tv has a DVI-HDTV source to connect to, and an s-video out as well (obviously). I'm pretty sure i'd be able to connect to the tv using a dvi connection, but i'd like to know if I can or can not on the MB and MBP. I've tried googling for this, and I haven't found a single thing related to this.. Playing HL2 and other Source games on a 68" wide screen would be just absolutely.. Stunning.

    Thanks in Advance

A decent 68" TV would run at 1080p (1920x1200) which is the max resolution of the Macbook. Good luck running any games with the Intel integrated graphics at that resolution. You definitely need a Macbook Pro for that.

I don't recall saying I had actually purchased a MB, let alone any Apple laptop..

Heh, that came off kind of bitchy.. Sorry.

Anyways, I haven't actually made a purchase yet, i'm waiting for the MBP updates.. Hopefully June 11th, or sooner. But it sounds like you're saying that yes, it can and will be able to hook up to an Apple laptop?
