...then the gap between the MB & MBP will close a bit more. Seriously, aside from the screen and GPU...plus bells & whistles like backlit keyboards, the MB itself is not a bad option at all. In fact fore most people it would be hard to justify going for the Pro depending on their needs (as opposed to wants).
If Apple does this I fully expect them to give the Pro a major boost in some area that will make it significantly superior, they'd pretty much have to.
