I 've been wondering whether I would be able to drive 2560X1440 display at 60Hz using a Macbook Pro Retina 13 (Early 2015) with the specs in the image attached? The display would be connected using the Macbook's Thunderbolt port but the port on the display is a Mini Display Port. Also any idea if performance in general would drop? Thanks!

Yes, I can run my Dell 27" at the 2560 resolution at 60Hz with my computer which matches those specs using mini Display Port.

I have the same laptop mentioned in the OP. Just bought the 27" Dell U2715H, and the newest Apple Keyboard and Touchpad. Needed a more comfortable setup while programming.
