I thought i owe apple atleast a little publicity.

I purchased a mb a week ago and was horrified (as were many) when the new mbp replaced it at a lower price too!

Gave apple a call even though my laptop was custom ordered (non returnable according to policy).

Waived open box
Waived restock fee
Made exception for custom order policy
Refunded the difference
Added new mbp to ipod touch order so the rebate still works

In love with apple right now. Great customer service...maybe this is why their stuff is so overpriced ;)
 
That is very awesome. Want to know another way to showcase good customer service? Let us know the store you went to! ;)
