Major Trackpad issues. We have both versions and displaying exactly the same issues:

Cursor having it's own life even with mouse. Spent a lot of time understanding and engaged MK Premium Service who assessed software is in excellent condition.

Service provider reviewed and blames it on hardware which cannot be replaced due to pandemic.

Apple itself unreachable apart from useless customer services number who can only refer to service provider.

My guess is that these versions are malfunctioning all around and I insist on replacement with latest OS and assurance it's resolved + explanation of broader issues with 10.14.1 and 10.14.6 by Apple.

Grateful for your response/advice/views.

Can I just say that things like "rotten apples" stopped being funny in the mid 1980's. If you want to use some insult, try to come up with something new.

I think you're having hardware issues, but if we just stick to your OS complaints... Why not, you know, upgrade the OS yourself then?

Model A1932.
Hello. any views on this? 2020 is model A2179 with different keyboard (and trackpad?) structure. Was A1932 flawed and therefore new model so quickly? I think the earlier model-2017 did not change for 5 tears or so?
