Sorry it is not possible because it is a customer video, it runs perfectly on Vimeo (btw Vimeo has a world wide problem with video playback, it is very slow and they are working on this issue already for months, whole fora are written full about this issue). However i will try to use the MOVIST player next time I am in the MAC shop. Also I saved the files as streaming and not as hinted, maybe this helps as well ??

Try MPlayerX. Smooth and slick as QT and plays anything I throw at it.
VLC was stable for me but the interface was ugly and there were various other annoyances.
I am using it on a 13" MacBook Air.
