MBA 13" 2010 Boot Menu

I'm having a strange problem.
Ever since installing Windows 7 via boot camp, the boot menu appears at each boot up. It's the boot menu that you see when holding down the command key. Except, I'm not holding down the command key. It shows up each and every time I boot up the computer, and I'm not holding down the command key.

I've had refit installed but have since deleted it. The EFI boot menu still appears regardless whether or not I'm holding down the command key. It's actually getting quite annoying. Anyone know how this happened or how to get rid of it?

seems the rEFit is not remove completely, please check rEFit websit
