Note to mods: apologies if this should go into a different section.

I bought myself a cheap case off AliExpress. It's actually really pretty, holds on to the Macbook really well, came with a keyboard protector which I threw away because it blocked backlight but, well, nice touch. It also does this:

I clean it every 1-2 days with dishwashing liquid and water and it looks good until I tough it again. :p I don't have dirty hands, it just loves fingerprints of all shapes and sizes.

I was thinking about buying an Incipio Feather until I read a review that said "fingerprint magnet". OH NO. I don't need another one. So. Does anybody have a:

1. hard case that snaps onto the MB
2. does NOT attract fingerprints
3. does not make the MBA go abnormally hot

...that they could recommend?

Thanks a lot!

So I used the search function, read reviews on Amazon and those are my conclusions:
– Moshi is the best
– except it's the worst and Speck is the best
– except it's the worst and Kuzy is the best
– except it's the worst and you should have a sleeve instead, or a foil, except all of them are simultaneously the worst and the best and the foils will not be possible to apply correctly unless you're a foil-applying professional who does that all day and night 24/7
– all cases are fingerprint magnets
– "my case is not a fingerprint magnet at all"
– dust gets under the case and ruins the computer (how?) which would suggest case-less is the best way to go

If you're looking for me, I'm on the floor, dizzy and confused...

Thanks. They're completely not my type, so to say, though... I'm looking for a hard THIN case, something to add as little bulk to the Air as possible. Those are cool in their own way but they're not very... Air-like.

Had a Speck case for 4 months then the bottom clips broke off. Considering the Mac was in a padded bag when it was stored they don't inspire quality.

As an aside, they used to be sold at retail locations including Apple stores, then one day they disappeared from every store I checked. They might have improved since then, but they definitely had a bad batch.
