MBA 15" rebooting after shut down? Sonoma developer Beta (23A5312d)

I have a M2 MBA 15" which reboots after I turn it off (top left corner Apple logo + shut down).
I have the same developer Beta on a M2 MacMini without any issues.

Any proposals? Many thanks.

Mine is doing it also in Sonoma 23A5312d. (Dev beta)

Seems to be fixed by the latest beta upgrade (crossed fingers)
