    For some reasons, my new MBA is so loud when watching youtube videos. I just got my MBA like 2 days ago. I'm just wondering if anyone has similar problems?

    Basically the fans are turning so fast and the bottom of the laptop is a bit hot (still acceptable). I'm just wondering if this is hardware or software problem ><;

    It's normal. When doing resource-intensive things like watching videos, temps and fan speeds will rise. While the sound may be annoying, it's nothing to worry about. It's just your Mac doing what it needs to keep temps in a safe operating range.

    For Flash-related issues:
    • Find your Flash version and make sure it's the latest version available. Never install or update Flash from a pop-up on a website. Always go to Adobe's site to get Flash or updates.
    • Install ClickToFlash (Safari), Flashblock (Firefox) or FlashBlock (Chrome) to control which Flash content plays on websites.
    • Try using the YouTube HTML5 Video Player to watch YouTube videos, when available. (May impact fullscreen viewing. See link for details.) As far as performance impact, YMMV.
