    hey there...

    I have 2 questions...

when I got this mba last year and put all my data in... I had around 50 gb left on my 128 gb SSD... since then I am pretty sure I have not added 5 gb of data ( maybe even 1-2 gbs ) but my hdd shows 18 gb FREE...

it was like 14 gb, I removed something....

I was wondering what is really taking space on my ssd.. there is no way I've put this much data...

is there anyway I can clean it up? or I should need a mac keeper or something...

also since day 1, I have been backing up using time machine.. I had parallels with win XP since day 1 and been backing up when parallels is running... it always backed up around 9 gb of data... ( maybe 1st back up was more I don't remember )

couple of months ago I tried backing up when parallels was turned off and it backed up like 28 gb....

now trying again with parallels OFF, it is backing up 12.15 gb

its done... turned on parallels.. backing up again.. this time it is 8.88 gb....

why is the difference? how should I back up? parallels on or off ?

    thanks.

ok..I just figured that my user/library/app support/mobile sync/back up folder is 38 gb..

    I have 6 folders.. 4 of them 8.98 gb , 1 1.63 gb and 1 5.3 gb..

    dated may 1 2011, aug 5 2011, 2 of them aug 7 2011, aug 5 2011 and jun 2 2011...

I think this is what took up all the space... should I delete them ?
