We use FaceTime over WiFi a lot between our MBA, Touch & iPad.
I can’t find a clear answer on how much data, let’s say per minute, is generated when using FaceTime 480p is it? and the new 720p.
Anyone knows or care to guess?

If both the receiving and placing are on the same Wifi then none at all.

If you're using your broadband then i'd have a guess at 1-2 mb per minute for the HD

Yes, sorry, the WiFi part is probably confusing things a bit. Let's just say that one of us is at home and the other on travel.

So if 1-2 MB/min for HD than for sure <1MB/min for non-HD FaceTime.
