Not me but it probably depends on what "heavy browsing" means to you. Are you running flash video's or youtube stuff? That makes an mac work pretty hard. When you say "hot" how hot is your system getting? Things like istat can show you actual temperatures. My system is running about 130 degrees fahrenheit right now. The warmer a mac gets the more aggressively the system will run the fans.

TheJing macrumors 6502a Nov 21, 2011 #4 I've been watching flash videos for over an hour now and the temp is 62C with the fans going at 2000rpm.

I imswimmin macrumors regular Nov 22, 2011 #6 Not really. Max: about 70-80 degrees Celcius. The fans generally never exceed 2000 RPM though.
tanhm macrumors regular Nov 22, 2011 #7 My MBA got 90° to 95° with 63xx rpm sometimes when using flash, HD movies, etc...😀
S Stein357 macrumors 6502 Nov 22, 2011 #8 The only time I hear my fan kick on is when I'm using flash or watch HD content.
