MBA ordering question

I can get a dicount through my compant, but the MBA I want I will upgrade the RAM and SSD. So I have to order it online, but how will I get that discount?

In stores usually I just have to show my ID card and they apply the disocunt, but online how?

Also, can't decide wheather to go with the 8gb 128 or 8gb 256 SSD.

I have no idea how to set up NAS etc or remote access to home server.
I know there is a stick on top of this thread but I feel like I won't be able to set it up correctly.

Movie are already in an external drive, music and photos ar emy concern, although I don't have a large library I feel that it get filled up pretty quickly.

I can tell you at my work, HR has a special apple webpage we go to in order to get our discount. Maybe ask your HR department or benefits department. might be the same
