MBA reboots when minidisplay port attached

Hi all,
All of a sudden, my MBA mid13 reboots whenever I plug in my minidisplayport to hdmi cable. I have reset pram unsuccessfully. What on earth can this be?

Have anyone an idea as to what is going on?

Could be a short circuit. Make sure the plug is clean and/or try another cable.
