MBA - White spots on menu bar ?

    Hi,

    First day with my MBA... It is amazing... Actually better than I thought.

    One question (issue) though: there seems to be some small white dots on the menu bar at the very top of the screen... Doesn't seem right...

    Any idea what this could be ? :confused:

    hmm not herd of this before, sure its not just the background behind the transparent menu bar?

    sorry if this is a dumb question!

    This is not a dumb question: exactly the right question !!

    You are totally right ! :) Just the transparent background...

    So relieved, thanks a lot MrT8064...:D

    If it bothers you, the 10.5.2 update will let you get rid of that transparency.

    I think you just gave up your right to own a MacBook Air. ;)

    After having read all those alarmist posts and threads over the last few weeks, one becomes paranoiac !

    But the MBA is such a great machine... Btw: no wobling, no pb with the keyboard backlight or the spinning hard drive...
