MBA Wifi Connection Reset

I get the below error, this site cant be reached, the connection has been reset, constantly! Typically, I disconnect and reconnect wifi and it helps. However, it consistently does this daily. I have had my ISP provider out to troubleshoot, to no avail. Anyone have this issue, too? Or have any suggestions on what I can do?

No VPN, and no, it does not happen with any other devices or computers.

Can you create a separate SSID for the 2.4 and 5.0? This might help narrow the issue.

I asked about separating the networks to see if the issue occurs with the 2.4, 5.0, or both frequencies.

It's an Att router, not one of my own.

Depending on the router firmware, you may not be able to use two SSIDs: 1 for 2.4 and 1 for 5.0.

You have the login credentials for the router in order to make changes too the settings?
