I swapped the F6 key, but when the backlight kicks in, it does not shine through the key.

looks almost celestial my friend likened the look of the backlight and white keys to 'a flashlight shining through a bunch of icecubes', whatever that means...

Can you see the letters/symbols like you can with the black keys? I use it in the dark more than 50% of the time and really need to be able to see.

The Black keys really pop in the dark.

no, i wouldn't say they are as clear as the black keys, but you can still definitely make the letters out quite easily...

lol you're welcome it'll take about 30 minutes to remove the keys and place the new ones on, just remember to be patient...be especially careful with the up,down, left and right keys...they're kind of a biotch

Man, that looks awesome. I was a little uncertain about how appealing the white keys would look when illuminated, but that(in my opinion) looks much better than the black keys! Great job man!
