MBP 13" high pitched whine

My MBP 13 is whining. I've had it for about a week, haven't noticed it until now, maybe it just began recently. Doesn't seem to be affected by screen brightness. It comes and goes, but I don't know why.

What do you think it is?

Could be a capacitor. I'd take it in to an Apple store if I were you.

Maybe I should talk to my local Apple authorized reseller. To get to an Apple owned store I think I would have to sit in a plane for a lot of hours.

Could it be the CPU and solvable by changing the CPU throttling?
