Hey everyone!

I've been having problems with my MBP lately, it will randomly close down any applications I have open regularly, "this application has quit unexpectedly" it will reset my desktop background image back to default, it will kick me out out the login screen and i have to type my password in again to log back in which is does instantly surprisingly. And it will make all my files on desktop disappear for a bit then re-appear and the screen will flash grey. The same kind of grey from the login screen. And Im having the rainbow wheel come up a lot which is something I've never had to deal with before. The battery doesn't keep charge like it used to either thats for sure, if maybe thats affecting something.

I am on mavericks 10.9.5 and I'm still on it because some programs I use just run better on it and I haven't had any issues with it before.

Processor
2.9 GHz Intel Core i7
Memory 8 GB 1600 MHz DDR3
Graphics Intel HD Graphics 4000 1024 MB
Software OS X 10.9.5 (13F34)

I don't know if you need this info or not, but let me know if you need more!

Uninstall CleanMyMac, download and run ClamXav or Avast for Mac to get rid of the shopy-mate Adware that you've picked up. Re-enable Gatekeeper.
