Mbp 13" June 2009 Battery Life

I charge my 2009 june MBP 13" to 100% and it only shows like 3 hours remaining. Is this normal or should i see about warranty?
 
Calibrate it then see how long it lasts. Check out the link in my sig if you don't know how to calibrate. It also tells you how ta make your battery last longer😀
