MBP 13" TB -- anyone experience slower Wifi?

I have WebPass in my high rise (500 mph up and down) and wireless connections are regularly between 250-350 mbps up and down. In fact, every wifi device I've tried in my house.

Just did a speedtest on my iPhone 6S + and got 332 down and 322 up. The same test on my new 13" MBP TB revealed 69 mbp/s up and down.

Is there a known issue with wifi on these machines?
