Your processor usage seems normal. What temps do you reach?

It's not overheating, else it would shut down.

And the reason it gets hot during flash stuff(like youtube) is that Adobe has been quite lazy at programming the port of Flash for OS X, poor programming leads to poor performance, so the processor has to kick it up a notch to make up for it and play things smoothly.

Try watching a youtube video or some Hulu.

you're probably right but what abt video chatting using iChat(the processor usage was 50-60%)?

ohh..i thought theres something wrong with the processor or hardware, now i understand. is there any other better program tht has the same purpose as adobe that u guys recommend?

i understand but why does my gf's macbook has lower processor usage eventhough my processor is slightly better than hers (2.53GHz vs 2.26GHz)

Its not over heating, its just flash.

pretty soon the whole world will move to html 5. Not a big deal

And because Mac OS X does not provide an API for hardware accelerated video.
