MBP 15" i7 2.6ghz or i9 2.9ghz?

With both upgraded to 32GB of RAM, which one should i get?

Mainly for ios apps developing, graphics editing, casual gaming and daily normal stuff. Rarely any video editing.

2.6GHz should be fine. I have that machine and it's a speed demon. Honestly, you'd probably be okay with 2.2 upgraded to the better graphics chip.
