MBP 16" 2019 and egpu

Hi, does MBP 16" with egpu work well without issue (under MacOS, Windows and Linux under Parallels) now? If I choose the i9 with Radeon 5500M 4GB VRAM and later needs better graphics performance, will adding a GPU (be it Radeon 5500M 8GB or something better in a Razer Core X enclosure) outperform the same configuration but with Radeon 5500M 8GB Internally in the laptop?

Your best bet is to go to egpu.io and do your research there.
