MBP 16" Battery Health drain potential issue?

A month ago I received my MBP. I was doing ordinary things, such as surfing the Internet, listening to music and writing code in easy mode. I found that the battery life was about 93% at the beginning, but after the last charge, I found that the battery life dropped to 80%, which is very strange. Has anyone else encountered the same problem?
The only difference with the last recharge is the outlet and the room temperature, can this be a problem?

Too low to be acceptable, would return that one.

I wouldn't make a decision about whether to keep or return a computer based solely on one reading in Coconut Battery, although that is a surprisingly low reading. I wouldn't think anything to do with using a different outlet or room temperature would have any effect unless it was an extreme difference, like being in near-freezing temperatures. Interestingly your computer and mine both have the same manufacture date.

I have a month old mbp 16 ". Most of the time connected to a charger, today I found that the battery capacity dropped drastically, to 92%! in just 4 cycles of charging.

Discharge completely. Leave discharged for a further hour. Charge to 100% without using, and leave charged at 100% for a further couple of hours. Then use as normal. I had a battery on a 16" that was at 89% and doing this made it reach 99% health
