I am looking for a second charger for the 16 inch MBP. Will go for a 3rd party charger (used as a spare)
I found 60W/87W on amazon but none with the wattage of orig charger from apple.

Would 60W charger be ok? or go with 87W?

Any recommendations?

Either use the 87W Charger from Apple, or get something like the Hyperjuice, which has 100w power output.

I carry a 60W USB-C charger with me. It charges my MBP, iPad Pro, S10+, etc. with the USB-C cables I also have. One of the great things about USB-C is the device, cable, and charger work together to determine the charge rate. This makes the 60W charger a relatively universal charging solution.

The only downside of 60W I have experienced is the MBP will drain its battery slowly when the system is under high load. But, my workflow has bursts. And when I am doing light tasks like web browsing and mail, the battery state of charge increases and reaches 100%.
