MBP 16” M1 Pro: 16GB vs 32GB

I’m unsure on what to get. I will order one of the new 16” MacBook Pros but the RAM is still a big question mark: 16GB or 32GB?

I’m doing a lot of iOS design and development with Xcode, Sketch, etc.

Any recommendations? Thanks!
