Hello everyone!
I would like to tell my story with Apple Support to understand how to proceed.
I bought the new 15inch MBP in 2019.
In June 2020 the Mac had started having serious problems in the right area of the trackpad and after 3 hardware repairs they had not solved the problem.
They replaced the 15inch with the new 16inch: after 4 months smoke had come out (logic board change), then it had returned damaged (bottom case change).

After a month, problems had returned, so I had sent it for repair and they initially claimed that it was perfect, then they had diagnosed that the replacement logic board was defective (new logic board).

The Mac was back but the trackpad had broken areas: they had changed the top case with a new one.

From the last repair the problems of before had disappeared but now the cursor moves jerky.

I had sent it for repair in an authorized store and they had said it was normal, I had sent it back to apple by mail-in and they had changed (again) the top case.

It came back and the cursor still went to jerks: I went to an Apple store and after the genius saw that the cursor moved still jerky, he gave me another cru (16 inch).

However, using this 16inch a kernel panic has already happened.

How can I proceed?
I'm not satisfied with Apple support at all.
Thanks very much!
(sorry for my english)

There are some good suggestions in this thread:

um... you have had some bad luck there that's for sure.. but if I follow you right, in 2 years you have had 6 repairs and at least one new computer? and you do not think Apple is working to satisfy you?

There is a number of reports of kernel attacks on the 16. I had a few but they got resolved by changing out a bad USB hub.
