MBP 17" hi res screen - anyone seen one?

How is the quality? Do you need a magnifying glass to see anything? Are 3D games going to chug at that res? I'll be mainly using Adobe CS3 plus some game playing.

BTW, coming back from the darkside after 7 years on PCs. My last Mac was a G3 running OS9.

Depends on the game obviously. Quake2? Probably not. Supreme commander? Probably.
