MBP 1st gen had for almost a year many problems

I posted 2 days ago the wierd noise from my fan which when i took it to get reparied they said ti was the harddrive. Im sorry harddrvies dont sound like saws. Anyways all of a sudden my computer nows temperature is 165 F. Can they replace the logic board even though they now have the C2D???
