MBP 2.4Ghz - Value?

Hi all,

I'm thinking of selling my MBP to buy a new MP soon and was wondering what's a good asking price for it :

MacBookPro 3,1
Intel Core 2 Duo 2.4Ghz
4Gb Ram
250Gb HDD
1920x1200 (not glossy!)
8x Superdrive
Bluetooth, airport etc.

Applecare is still valid on it, purchased on 10th November 07. Mint condition, no dead pixels, never had a single issue with it.

Anyone care to give me a speculative price on how much this would sell for in the UK? Oops yeah it's a 17'... Shipped to me on Dec 05 2007, New cost = £1832 at time of purchase.

So it's a 17" MBP with a high-def screen, right?

I'd say around 60 to 65% of the original value. However, I didn't base this on anything like eBay prices. It's just what I would have been willing to pay. 😉
