MBP 2010 i5 15" with Intel SSD

Hello,

I'm planning to replace the hard disk with Intel 320 or 510 SSD. Anyone have tried to replace yourself and does it do any good to have a 510 SSD at my MBP? Please kindly suggest, thanks!
 
Pretty sure the 2010 MacbookPros are only Sata II, so no point in getting a 510.

Not installed an SSD yet so can't help you with that.
