MBP 2011 13" Flash 11 choppy?

It just started recently after I got the EFI Firmware Update and Youtube videos don't play as smooth as they used to, the frame rate is slightly choppy but the speed is still perfectly fine. Could this be caused by the firmware update or the Flash update?

Flash 11 seems to be killing my performance on all my computer, so I uninstalled it.
