mbp 2015 won't stay asleep

I keep the mbp closed and connected to a external monitor w/ keyboard and mouse.

When ever I put it to sleep or when it goes to sleep the monitor comes on and the leds on my mouse light up about every 5-10mins.....


Does anyone know how to fix this?
