Is this typical? Click to expand... How is it in safari??? Chrome is incredibly badly optimised for OS X and runs terribly while using far more resources than it needs to.

Y Yeahyeahyeah123 macrumors member Original poster Jan 9, 2018 #3 Thank you. I don't use safari but it definitely turned out to be an issue with flash-related sites. Google Chrome does not play well with flash.

Yep flash and chrome are both badly optimised for macs, flash isn't great on safari either but you have click to flash and HTML5 plugin options there.
