MBP 2021 charger vs. Older charger question

Are there any tangible differences in charging my 2021 MacBook Pro with a 2019 MacBook Pro USB connector-style charger vs. using the 2021 MacBook Pro charger with the MagSafe 3 connector that came with it? Just trying to save some space on a trip....

depending on the wattage what’s written on them only charging speed. But both work as well as any USB C.
