MBP 5,5 RAM upgrade

I've been looking to upgrade my macbook. I've been looking at upgrading the RAM - currently it has only 2GB(2x1GB). It's a MBP 5,5 2.26GHZ; my question is - is it really worth upgrading to 8GB or is 4GB sufficient. Specifically, how much difference would I notice upgrading to 8GB compared to 4GB?

I don't particularly use it for any heavy tasks, more just browsing, a bit of photoshop here and there but nothing serious.

Any responses would be appreciated 🙂
