MBP and Seagate Momentus XT

Anybody ever use the 'Seagate Momentus XT 500GB ST95005620AS' (500GB-7200rpm ssd/hdd hybrid drive) in their 13" MBP?

I was looking at upgrading my ram to 8gb and was shopping around newegg.com and when i put the 8gb of ram in my cart..it offered the ram as a combo deal with this drive..the drive would end up being around $125..right now i have the stock 250gb, 5400rpm hdd in my mbp..

worth it?
