they seem to be yeah. i ordered the space black 16" Max with 30 core GPU. Its the one that retails for $3,499. Estimated to arrive between 11/9 - 11/13.

2 years ago they became available on the EPP store when the initial non-employee demand was met. It took around 2 months. Last year the Studio was available sooner than that I believe.

Those are available, but no discount on them via EPP 🤷
