Hello All, working with a Intel Based 1.66 Dual Core Mac Mini.

To the best of my knowledge, I am as firmware updated as I am going to get.

Is anyone "working" on this?

From the profiler, it states I am running SMC Version 1.3F4, is this right? :D

Thank you and please advise,

Have you just updated via Software Update, or have you tried going here and getting the latest? http://www.apple.com/support/downloads/
The Bootcamp installation instructions says that Software Update doesn't get one of those firmware updates and that you have to install it manually.

Doing this allowed me to install it just fine on my MacBook Pro.
