I have this MBP C2D (2.16G, 1G) for over a month now and this rebooting itself happened to me twice. Usually I put my MBP to sleep, I closed the lid and 2 seconds later I heard "deeeeeeeeeeeeng" and rebooting. The battery was charged and was not connected to the wall. It happened again last night.

What's the problem? Do I need to take it to GB? Does anyone have this problem also?

Are you running with a completely up-to-date system? Check Software Updater to find out. What third party hardware and software do you have plugged in or running? :)

Yep, I have latest update installed. Only Safari, iTunes, CoreDuo Temp and bluetooth MM are running.
