My 2 month old 13' Macbook Pro crashed - gave me the ?. 5 hours of phone support cannot get the OS reinstalled. I ran an extended, looping enabled, hardware test overnight. It didn't even finish Pass 1 where it has sat, telling me it has taken 2min59 sec.
I wondered if the collective guru brains here might have a suggestion for me on what might be causing this. Any comments really might help.
I'm trying not to wipe the hard-drive to do a complete re-install. And anyway I think I need to know why the hardware test is not working.
