MBP Delivery time

Hi guys,

Just thought I'd highlight how impressed I was with the speed in which my MBP was delivered. I rang and ordered it on my lunch break at work (Monday), it got delivered 8.20am Tuesday morning! All I can say is wow!

I was expecting at least a couple of days!

Props to Apple and UPS for delivery and dispatch!

Probably the reason it got here so quick was the fact that is was a base model. If you orded one with custom things like extra RAM and other software even, it takes a bit longer. Although mine arrived from the USA and got shipped to New Zealand to my doorstep 3 days after order (and I orderd custom RAM too).

Gotta say though, half a day is pretty zippy!

aww... not fair. i ordered mine on Sunday and it won't get here till next Thursday. and all i custom ordered was SSD on 13in base model 😕

Yeah standard 2.66 C2D 4Gb 13" but still that's mega quick!

Yeah when I bought the base 15" I ordered it around 3PM on the Thursday and it was delivered in the afternoon on the Friday.

Base models always come faster, had to wait nearly 2 weeks for my 15" high res glossy i5, to arrive but loving the machine now ^^

mine shipped out early this morning from china.. scheduled delivery is the 8th!! ahhh

i ordered the base model 13" and it took em 3days to get to me ;(
