MBP Digital Audio output

According to the Macbook Pro specs, for digital audio, it has:

combined optical digital output/headphone out (minijack)

What kind of connector do I need to be able to plug this into the optical input on my AV receiver? Or is there a way to use coax digital input instead?

I have currently been using a Toslink cable from my desktop PC, and previously used a coax cable.

you need a mini jack to TOSLINK cable.

weird I didn't seem to find any of those at monoprice.com. They normally have every kind of cable!
