MBP + Egpu = mbp gets hot?

hello im exploring the option of gaming with egpu, question is, does the mbp get hot? such as cpu fan ramping up.

I have not tried a MBP with external GPU, but you will still be using the CPU so you should expect the MBP to get hot. Depending on your model, especially if it have a dedicated GPU, it should not get as hot, since you have moved some of the compute away from the small chassis.
