How can I test my MBP i7 GPU performace while playing a game (Red Alert 3)?

Is there a tool I can use to measure FPS etc?
How about GPU temperature?

I'm new the GPU performace world, so I would appreciate some education on this. 🙂

iStat Pro will give you GPU temps, among other things.
